Karren Brady resigns from her position as West Ham vice-chair after 16 years.

Baroness Karren Brady has resigned from her role as vice-chair of West Ham after 16 years with the club, as confirmed by the Premier League team on Tuesday.
The 57-year-old is widely recognized for her position as an advisor to Lord Sugar on the BBC program ‘The Apprentice,’ having served in her current role for over 16 years.
Her departure occurs during West Ham’s struggle to evade relegation — following Monday’s draw against Crystal Palace, the east London team is two points clear of 18th-placed Tottenham Hotspur with five matches left in the season.
Brady assumed her position at West Ham after David Gold and David Sullivan acquired the club.
She had previously held the position of managing director at Birmingham City after Sullivan’s acquisition of that club.
“It has been a privilege to collaborate with the Board, management, players, staff, and supporters at West Ham United,” Brady stated in a release.
“Together we have reached significant milestones, but the pinnacle for me will always be lifting the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy — a moment that will remain with me forever.
“I am profoundly thankful for the relationships, challenges, and opportunities that have defined my time at the club.”

Throughout Brady’s time, the club completed its transition from Upton Park to the London Stadium, which was constructed as the main venue for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Brady continued: “As this chapter concludes, my enthusiasm for football and dedication to fostering the next generation of leaders remains unwavering. I wish West Ham United all the best for the future and look forward to following their ongoing successes with pride.”
Sullivan, the club’s chair, referred to Brady as an “exceptional leader” and remarked: “We wish her every success in her future pursuits and express our gratitude for her remarkable contributions over the past 16 years.”
