Agent confirms Endrick’s choice to return to Real Madrid.

Endrick’s representative has dismissed the chance of his client staying at Lyon after this summer, stating “the decision has already been made” for the Brazilian forward to go back to Real Madrid.
The 19-year-old Endrick has made a notable impact since arriving at Lyon in December on a six-month loan from Madrid, netting five goals in six matches.
In light of rumors suggesting Lyon wishes to prolong Endrick’s tenure, his agent Tiago Freitas mentioned, as reported by Marca: “Endrick will return to Real Madrid at the conclusion of the season. He is on loan [at Lyon], and at the end of the season, Endrick will once again be a Real Madrid player.”
Endrick, who aims to secure a spot in Brazil’s squad for this summer’s World Cup, acknowledged that he sought guidance from his former Real Madrid coach and current Brazil manager Carlo Ancelotti prior to his loan move to Lyon.
Having made 37 appearances for Los Blancos during the 2024-25 season, Endrick played only three times under Xabi Alonso.
“Endrick had no issues adapting,” Freitas stated. “He scored in his first Champions League match, in his first LaLiga match, and in his first cup match.
“When you join a club where eight of the ten best players in the world are already present, it is typical for an 18-year-old to receive limited playing time.

“However, he did not participate in the preseason, he missed the club World Cup, and he was sidelined for several months [due to a hamstring injury]. At a club like Real Madrid, that has significant consequences.”
When asked if he is worried that Endrick will not receive sufficient playing time upon his return to the Bernabéu, Freitas replied: “I cannot foresee the future. Endrick is solely focused on the next match; it is always about the next match.”
