NBA All-Star 2026: Live coverage and highlights throughout the weekend

The 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend has commenced with events taking place across Los Angeles.
The league’s top athletes will unite for a historic seventh NBA All-Star Game on Sunday at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. This year signifies the 75th annual All-Star Game — and it promises to be distinctive.
The Los Angeles area last hosted this event-filled weekend in 2018.
Two teams of U.S. players will compete against one World team in a round-robin format featuring four games, each lasting 12 minutes. Each team consists of at least eight players. Team A will face Team B in Game 1, and the victorious team will then play against Team C. The team that loses Game 1 will go up against Team C in the second-to-last game. The teams with the best two records will compete in the final.
All-Star Weekend begins on Friday with the celebrity game at the Kia Forum in Inglewood. Following that, the Rising Stars event will take place at Intuit Dome, and the night will conclude with the HBCU Classic featuring the men’s basketball teams from Hampton and North Carolina A&T at Kia.
Saturday evening will showcase the 3-point and slam dunk contests, along with the return of the Shooting Stars competition, which will feature four former NBA players — Richard Hamilton, Allan Houston, Corey Maggette, and Ron Harper Sr.
We will provide all the highlights and key moments from the weekend below.
