LeBron James of the Lakers sidelined for third consecutive game against the Timberwolves.

LOS ANGELES — Lakers forward LeBron James was ruled out for Tuesday night’s matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to arthritis in his left foot and a contusion on his right hip, as announced by the team approximately two hours before the game began.
Prior to the Lakers’ team walkthrough at Crypto.com Arena, James participated in his pregame shooting routine but concluded that he required additional time for treatment on his left foot before he could compete, according to coach JJ Redick.
This marks the third consecutive game that James has missed, representing the longest absence for the 23-year veteran since he was out for the initial 14 games of the season due to sciatica affecting his lower back and right leg.
Redick indicated that James is currently classified as day-to-day moving forward.
The Lakers are scheduled to play their next game on Thursday at home against the Chicago Bulls.
