Emma Raducanu has parted ways with her coach Francis Roig after a brief six-month collaboration, as she announced on her Instagram account.
The former US Open champion revealed the decision just one week following her second-round exit from the Australian Open.
In her Instagram message, Raducanu expressed: “Francis, thank you for our time together. You have been more than a coach to me, and I will treasure the many enjoyable moments we shared on the court.”
“Although we have mutually decided that we should not continue, please know that I am very appreciative of everything you have taught me and fond of our time together.”
