COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today the full staff that will support its 2026 U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team in Milan during the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
“We’ve extremely fortunate to have a terrific staff and I know everyone is fully engaged in supporting our athletes,” said Katie Million (Hannibal, N.Y./USA Hockey), who is the team’s general manager. “Ultimately, we’ve got one goal and that’s to bring the gold medal back to our country and we look forward to the challenge ahead.”
John Wroblewski (Neenah, Wis./USA Hockey) will serve as head coach of the U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team for the first time and will be supported by assistant coaches Shari Dickerman (Richmond, Minn./Minnesota State), Brent Hill (Hamden, Ct./Quinnipiac University) and Josh Sciba (Westland, Mich./New York Sirens) along with goaltending coach Alli Altmann (Eagan, Minn./USA Hockey). The U.S. coaching staff has been in place since the 2023 season.

In addition, the staff also includes, operations manager Doug Ferry (Warwick, R.I./USA Hockey), video coach Melissa Piacentini (Weymouth, Mass./Northeastern University), player development consultant Ellen Hughes (Canton, Mich./USA Hockey), strength and conditioning coach Cal Dietz (Shelby, Ohio/University of Minnesota), team physician Dr. Ally Howe (Portland, Maine/INTERMED), athletic trainers Katie Homan (Coldwater, Ohio/USA Hockey) and Stefanie Arndt (Delafield, Wis./University of Wisconsin), sports dietitians Carrie Aprik (Royal Oak, Mich./USOPC) and Kaela Colvard (Centerville, Minn./Training HAUS), massage therapist Jennifer Chee (Colorado Springs, Colo./USA Hockey), mental performance consultant Alex Wulbecker-Smith (Hoffman Estates, Ill./ Premier Sport Psychology), equipment managers Sis Paulsen (Eau Claire, Wis./Minnesota Frost) and Jeff Mobley (St. Louis, Mo./USA Hockey), and communications manager Melissa Katz (South Brunswick, N.J./USA Hockey).
The U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team will open Olympic competition in Milan on Feb. 5 against Czechia.
