Stewart Cink secures victory at Champions event in Hawaii with a 3-shot lead.

KA’UPULEHU-KONA, Hawaii — Stewart Cink secured victory at the PGA Tour Champions’ season-opening Mitsubishi Electric Championship on Saturday, finishing with an impressive 8-under 63 for a three-stroke win.
The 52-year-old Cink concluded the tournament at 23-under 193 at Hualalai. This marks his second consecutive win, having ended the previous season with a triumph in Phoenix at the Charles Schwab Cup Championship. He now holds five senior titles.
Ángel Cabrera took second place with a score of 66. Retief Goosen recorded a 64 to claim third at 18 under, while Ernie Els (67), Thomas Bjorn (66), and Freddie Jacobson (70) finished at 17 under. Fred Couples, aged 66, ended at 15 under after a round of 70.
