Menus from the Masters Champions Dinner Over the Years

Menus from the Masters Champions Dinner Over the Years 1

The Masters is often described as “a tradition unlike any other.” Among its most exclusive customs is the Champions Dinner, which is held to honor the tournament’s reigning champion, who also selects the menu.

Ben Hogan initiated the Masters Club dinner in 1952 with the concept of gathering all Masters champions for a meal together. The only other attendee is Augusta National’s chairman Fred Ridley, who is invited by the champions.

This year’s dinner is hosted by Rory McIlroy. His menu for the event on April 7 features wagyu filet mignon, seared salmon, glazed carrots with brown butter, and crispy Vidalia onion rings.
