Dele Alli practices with Tottenham while awaiting a new club.

Dele Alli has resumed training at Tottenham’s facilities, four years after leaving the Premier League club.
The attacking midfielder, who is currently a free agent, has faced fitness challenges in recent seasons but has been permitted to train individually at Hotspur Way.
Dele has been without a club since September, when his contract with Como was mutually terminated.
He made only one appearance for the Serie A team, coming off the bench in a match against AC Milan in March 2025, before receiving a red card shortly after entering the game. He has not played professionally since then.
After transferring from Milton Keynes Dons in 2015, the 29-year-old spent seven years at Tottenham, netting 67 goals across all competitions and participating in the 2019 Champions League final.
He was selected for the England national team eight months following his move to Spurs and was a starting player in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Dele later joined Everton in 2022 and also had a loan period at Turkish club Besiktas before signing with Como at the beginning of 2025.
