Chelsea reassigns Sarr and transfers Anselmino to Strasbourg.

Chelsea is set to recall Mamadou Sarr from his loan at sister club Strasbourg and has arranged to send Aaron Anselmino to France in a swap deal prior to the transfer window closing on Monday, sources have informed ESPN.
Sarr will serve as captain for Strasbourg tonight in their final Ligue 1 match against PSG.
This decision has already upset Strasbourg supporters, as the 20-year-old Senegalese international, who is under contract with the Blues until 2033, will conclude the season in the Premier League.
The transfer was initiated at the request of Liam Rosenior, who previously collaborated with Sarr at Strasbourg before assuming his role at Chelsea. Sarr is expected to travel to London on Monday to embark on this new phase of his career.
To offset Sarr’s departure, a significant player for Strasbourg, Chelsea will loan Argentine centre-back Anselmino, 20, to the French side until the season concludes after terminating his loan at Borussia Dortmund last week.
Chelsea has been in pursuit of a centre-back and had two offers turned down by other French clubs: one of €50 million to Rennes for Jérémy Jacquet and another for €30 million to Nantes for Tylel Tati.
Initially, the intention was for Sarr to join the Chelsea first team at the end of the season. However, they ultimately opted for the simpler solution and executed the swap now.
