The Atlanta Hawks are sending guard Vit Krejci to the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for Duop Reath and two future second-round draft picks, sources informed ESPN on Sunday.

The Trail Blazers will return a 2027 second-round pick from Atlanta along with a 2030 second-round pick via the New York Knicks, sources indicated.

Krejci has recorded an average of 9 points and 2.2 made 3-pointers per game with a shooting percentage of 42.3%, placing him among the top 20 in the NBA. He adds valuable floor spacing to a Trail Blazers squad vying for a spot in the play-in tournament this season.

The Hawks now possess seven future second-round picks, as reported by ESPN’s Bobby Marks. This transaction also provides them the opportunity to clear roster space should they choose to release Reath.

Krejci, who has spent four of his five seasons in the NBA with Atlanta, is converting 44.6% of his catch-and-shoot 3-pointers this season, ranking 16th out of 179 players in the league this season (minimum 100 attempts), according to GeniusIQ.

Krejci has two years remaining on his contract following this season but will be eligible for an extension in the offseason.

Reath underwent foot surgery on Thursday, which will end his season.
