Suns’ Jalen Green surprises Magic with buzzer-beater in double overtime following challenging performance.

PHOENIX — Jalen Green sank a 3-pointer from the right corner as time expired, securing a 113-110 double-overtime win for the Phoenix Suns against the Orlando Magic on Saturday.
After Jalen Carter equalized for Orlando with a corner 3-pointer with 1.1 seconds remaining, Green delivered a perfect shot from the corner as the buzzer sounded. Throughout the game, Green faced difficulties, finishing with only 6 of 26 shooting from the field and converting 2 of 6 free throws. His game-winning shot marked just his second successful 3-pointer out of 11 attempts.
Grayson Allen topped the scoring for Phoenix with 27 points after returning from a four-game absence due to a sprained right ankle. He contributed all seven of the Suns’ points in the first overtime. Collin Gillespie added 19 points, while Green finished with 16.
Desmond Bane led Orlando with 34 points on 12-of-18 shooting before fouling out in the opening minute of overtime. Paolo Banchero contributed 26 points and 14 rebounds. The Magic had won four of their last five games.
The Suns were without Devin Booker, who is sidelined for at least a week due to a right hip strain. Dillon Brooks played only seven minutes before exiting with what sources informed ESPN’s Shams Charania was a broken left hand.
Orlando scored the final six points of regulation, capped by Anthony Black’s dunk with 57 seconds left.
Jordan Goodwin provided 17 points off the bench for the Suns before limping off the court in the fourth quarter due to a suspected leg injury. Oso Ighodaro recorded 11 points and 12 rebounds for Phoenix.
Orlando starting guard Jalen Suggs was unavailable due to back spasms.
