Neemias Queta scores with a dunk over Luka Doncic in Celtics versus Lakers matchup.

The legendary rivalry between the Lakers and Celtics is known for delivering exciting moments. On Sunday, it took less than a quarter for a standout play to unfold in their latest encounter.
With 9:35 left in the first quarter, Boston center Neemias Queta executed a dunk over Lakers star Luka Doncic. Queta set a screen for Derrick White and then received a bounce pass from White as he rolled toward the basket. This movement led Doncic to step into the restricted area to challenge Queta.
The 7-foot center then effortlessly rose above Doncic to complete a one-handed slam.

The impressive dunk quickly got the Celtics bench on their feet.
Following the offseason exits of Al Horford, Kristaps Porzingis, and Luke Kornet, Queta has stepped into the role of starting center. He is enjoying his best season as a professional, averaging 9.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks leading up to Sunday.
Boston strengthened its frontcourt by acquiring center Nikola Vucevic at the trade deadline, yet Queta has maintained his starting position.
