He is continuing to make progress in his rehabilitation and is optimistic about participating in Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game for the World Team, according to sources who spoke with ESPN.

Doncic, 26, has been selected for the All-Star Game for the sixth time in his eight-year career and achieved the distinction of being the leading vote-getter for the first time, receiving over 3 million votes.

Since being traded to the Lakers last season, Doncic holds a 4-0 record against Dallas.
