Kevin O’Leary dons card showcasing Jordan, Kobe, and LeBron at the 98th Academy Awards.

Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank drew attention for showcasing the 2004 Upper Deck Exquisite All NBA Access Pass, commonly referred to as a Triple Logoman, on the red carpet of the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday. This card features game-used NBA logo patches from Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant.
O’Leary displayed the unique, 1-of-1 numbered card, graded PSA 10, housed in a custom Tiffany’s & Co. case, which includes “2.2 pounds of white gold,” along with embedded diamonds and rubies, and attached to a chain. He also wore a tailored Dolce & Gabbana jacket that, as he noted, required seven months to create and was crafted by several individuals.
The Jordan/James/Bryant Triple Logoman from the 2004 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection has not been auctioned, but one of O’Leary’s business associates, Matt Allen, acquired it in 2019 through a private transaction facilitated by Goldin Auctions’ Ken Goldin.

Sunday was not the first occasion O’Leary has worn a seven-figure sports card as a fashion accessory.
Earlier in March at the Actor Awards, O’Leary showcased the 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autographs card featuring Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, encased by Tiffany’s & Co. in a holder adorned with 101.32 carats of diamonds and 10 carats of rubies and white gold. Together with Allen and entrepreneur Paul Warshaw, the trio purchased it for $12.9 million at Heritage Auctions last August, setting a record for a sports card.
O’Leary attended the Oscars following his role as Milton Rockwell in Marty Supreme, a wealthy businessman married to Gwenyth Paltrow’s character, Kay Stone.
Marty Supreme received nine Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, Director, Actor, Original Screenplay, Casting, Cinematography, Production Design, Editing, and Costume Design.
