Hawks exercise option for 2024 No. 1 pick Zaccharie Risacher
INDIANAPOLIS — The Atlanta Hawks exercised the third-year contract option for forward Zaccharie Risacher on Thursday.
Risacher, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 draft, averaged 12.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 35.5% shooting from behind the arc as a rookie.
This season, Risacher suffered an ankle injury during the season opener and missed two consecutive games. He returned to play in the Hawks’ loss at Chicago on Monday.
