Cade Cunningham is anticipated to return on Wednesday evening for the Detroit Pistons against the Milwaukee Bucks after suffering a collapsed left lung, according to sources cited by ESPN.

Cunningham has been sidelined for 11 games due to the injury, which took place during a match against the Washington Wizards on March 17. The Pistons have recorded an 8-3 record in his absence and secured home-court advantage in the Eastern Conference for the entirety of the playoffs as of Saturday.

Initially, it was thought that Cunningham would be out for the remainder of the regular season and would only begin to ramp up in the week prior to the playoffs, which are set to commence on April 18.

However, he is prepared to participate in the last three games of the regular season after being listed as doubtful in recent days.
