USA Hockey Expands Collaboration with IMG Academy’s NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey has today announced a multi-year extension of its collaboration with IMG Academy’s NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits, aimed at delivering recruiting education, technology, and resources for the development of student-athletes and their families involved in hockey nationwide.

The renewed partnership enhances support for USA Hockey families with children aged 13-18 by granting access to reliable recruiting guidance and tools aimed at assisting student-athletes in pursuing opportunities at the next level. 

Through this collaboration, USA Hockey will persist in integrating NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits resources throughout its events, digital platforms, and member communications, aiding players and their families in comprehending the college recruiting process more effectively. The partnership also equips coaches and event organizers with educational resources and tools to navigate an increasingly competitive recruiting environment. 

NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits will continue to offer recruiting technology and support at selected USA Hockey events, facilitating student-athletes in gaining exposure to college programs while simplifying the recruiting process for coaches and event organizers. USA Hockey members will also have access to specialized recruiting education through virtual and in-person seminars and workshops tailored to the collegiate hockey recruiting landscape. 

Additionally, all USA Hockey members will receive a three-month complimentary trial of IMG Academy+, an online platform for performance and personal development. IMG Academy+ provides access to mental performance training, nutrition advice, leadership development, and personal growth resources modeled after IMG Academy’s approach to student-athlete development.
