Vinícius Júnior has expressed his intention to remain with Real Madrid for “an extended period.”
In comments made prior to Brazil’s friendly match against France, the forward was inquired about Antoine Griezmann’s choice to leave Atlético Madrid for a transfer to the United States with Orlando City.
Having already spent eight years at the Bernabéu, the 25-year-old affirmed that he was not even considering a departure.

“Griezmann is an exceptional player; he has had an impressive career in Spain and with the French national team as well. I believe he will add significant value to the league [Major League Soccer],” Vinícius stated.
“My focus is solely on Real Madrid and being there for a long time. I am experiencing my best phase. Everything I achieve at Real Madrid, I hope to replicate here with the national team.”
