Fulham has submitted an offer of €32 million ($38 million) for PSV forward Ricardo Pepi, according to sources speaking to ESPN.

The United States international has scored eight goals in 15 Eredivisie matches for PSV this season, but he sustained a broken forearm in early January, an injury that is expected to sideline him for two months.

Sources have informed ESPN that the Dutch club is seeking a transfer fee closer to €35 million to release the striker, who has been a key player for the team since 2023.

“All indicators were positive for a strong second half of the season, making this incredibly disappointing. Primarily for him, and of course for us as well,” PSV manager Peter Bosz remarked following Pepi’s serious injury earlier this month.

The 23-year-old started his professional journey at FC Dallas before moving to Augsburg and Groningen, and then joining PSV, where he has netted 26 goals in 60 appearances, in addition to 13 goals in 34 matches for the USMNT.
