Chelsea advise Champions League supporters to exercise ‘utmost caution’ in Naples.

Chelsea has advised supporters to exercise “extreme caution” in Naples following an incident where two fans received hospital treatment ahead of their Champions League match in the Italian city.
Napoli and Chelsea are set to clash at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Wednesday evening in the final round of group stage matches.
“The club is aware of an incident that occurred on Tuesday night in Naples,” Chelsea announced on their official X account.
“Two fans are currently receiving treatment in the hospital for injuries that are not life-threatening.
“The club wishes to remind all supporters to take extreme caution while in the city and to heed the advice provided prior to this match.”
Chelsea aims to secure a top-eight position in the Champions League group stage, which would guarantee advancement to the round of 16 and allow them to avoid participation in next month’s playoff round.
