Brazil’s remarkable away uniform will be Jordan’s inaugural design at the World Cup.

Brazil has partnered with the Jordan brand to unveil what is expected to be one of the most striking kits at the 2026 FIFA World Cup this summer.
The Seleção’s new jersey has been crafted in collaboration with the Nike subsidiary, which previously established a similar partnership with Paris Saint-Germain in 2018, resulting in a series of stylish kits for the reigning UEFA Champions League champions.
This marks Jordan’s inaugural entry into international football, making its World Cup debut alongside Carlo Ancelotti’s team when the tournament in Canada, Mexico, and the United States commences in June.

The design of Brazil’s 2026 away shirt draws inspiration from an unexpected source: the Amazonian poison dart frog, a small amphibian known for its strikingly colorful patterns and potent toxins.
The dark navy and black foundation of the shirt is meant to reflect the diverse spots, stripes, and bands characteristic of the poison dart frog’s skin, while the contrasting trim is highlighted in custard yellow and turquoise. The graphic featured is a modern take on Jordan’s iconic “elephant print” pattern, which has adorned its basketball shoes since the late 1980s.
Inside the collar, an emblem featuring the phrase “Vai Brasil” (“Go Brazil”) has been included to enhance the sense of national pride, while the five stars proudly displayed above the CBF crest represent the Seleção’s remarkable achievements on the global stage.
Notable players such as Real Madrid winger Vinícius Júnior, PSG captain Marquinhos, and Chelsea’s rising talent Estêvão participated in the launch, and they appear poised to embark on their quest for a record-extending sixth World Cup title.
Last year, it was reported that the initial color scheme for the 2026 away shirt was a bright red, inspired by glowing embers, but the leaked designs faced backlash from Brazilian football supporters who have grown accustomed to their team wearing a blue alternate color for approximately the last century.
Overall, the decision appears to have been a sound one.
