Bayern Munich secures Bundesliga championship following victory over Stuttgart

Bayern Munich have confirmed their defense of the Bundesliga title following a 4-2 victory over Stuttgart on Sunday.
Vincent Kompany’s team understood that either a win or a draw would secure their championship status after Borussia Dortmund fell 2-1 to Hoffenheim on Saturday, and the Bavarians took full advantage with a commanding performance at home.
Chris FΓΌhrich netted the first goal for the visitors, but rapid strikes from RaphaΓ«l Guerreiro, Nicolas Jackson, and Alphonso Davies turned the match around in a span of six minutes.
Harry Kane entered the game in the second half, adding his 51st goal of the season across all competitions to seal the victory.
Chema AndrΓ©s found the net late in the match, but it was insufficient to challenge Kompany’s squad, who celebrated joyfully at the final whistle.
The Bavarian club has suffered only one defeat in the German top division this season, which occurred at home against Augsburg on January 24.
Bayern lifts their 13th Bundesliga trophy in 14 yearsβa run only interrupted by an unbeaten Bayer Leverkusen in the 2023-24 seasonβand their 35th overall.
They had previously shattered their own 54-year Bundesliga goalscoring record by exceeding 102 goals for the season on April 11.
