Amad of Manchester United supports Michael Carrick for the permanent head coach position.

DUBLIN, Ireland — Players from Manchester United are convinced that Michael Carrick is “the right man” to assume the head coach position permanently, as stated by winger Amad.
Carrick was appointed in January on a temporary basis until the conclusion of the season and has only suffered one defeat in his 10 matches in charge.
This improvement in performance has positioned United favorably for a return to the Champions League.
During a training camp in Dublin this week, Amad expressed that the former England midfielder has already demonstrated sufficient capability to earn the role on a full-time basis.
“Of course, it’s not our place as players to determine his future, but he’s been excellent, contributing significantly to the team,” Amad remarked.
“He possesses a wealth of experience, understands the club, and embodies its essence. We believe he is the right choice.
“He knows the club well, having played here, so he brings valuable experience to manage this team.
“Sometimes, a manager of this caliber can elevate a club to its rightful place.
“From my perspective, he’s the right man, but the decision isn’t up to the players; however, we are very pleased to have him as our manager.”
The United squad has traveled to Ireland for a three-night stay at the Carton House Hotel near Dublin to prepare for the upcoming match against Leeds United at Old Trafford on Monday.
Currently sitting third in the Premier League standings, a win against Daniel Farke’s team would further solidify their position in the Champions League qualification spots.

Securing a place in Europe’s premier club competition would further enhance Carrick’s prospects as the final decision regarding United’s next permanent manager is expected to be made by CEO Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox.
“I believe the club will make a decision at the end of the season,” Amad stated.
“In my honest view, we are very pleased to have him as our manager, and he is performing well.
“Since his arrival, he has made it clear to everyone that his goal is to win and to qualify for the Champions League next season.
“He has been doing exceptionally well, and we are truly happy to have him as our manager.”
