Tyson Fury will not pressure his son Prince to pursue a career in boxing.

Tyson Fury has expressed that he is relishing the opportunity to train with his son and nephew, but he emphasizes that he will not pressure them to pursue professional boxing.
Prince Fury, Tyson’s son, and his nephew John have been training alongside the “Gypsy King” in Thailand as he readies himself for his upcoming fight against Russian Arslanbek Makhmudov on Saturday in London.
Although Fury is supportive of his son participating in boxing, he maintains that he will not coerce him or his nephew into the sport or compel them to continue if they choose not to.

“I believe everyone should forge their own path in life,” Fury stated.
“Thereβs a well-known saying that ‘every man must carry his own cross in life.’ My achievements have no bearing on what my children have done or will do.”
“I would expect them to lead their own lives and carve their own paths, rather than depend on their father and think: ‘Oh, my dad’s a world champion, so I don’t have to be one.'”
Prince, who describes himself in his Instagram bio as “the future heavyweight champion,” seems eager to emulate his father’s career, and while Fury is supportive, he enjoys having his son in the gym.
“The boys are performing quite well in boxing,” Fury remarked.
“It’s like a Fury assembly line. Shane [Fury] has a couple of sons who are both boxing and succeeding in the amateurs.”
“The older brother has three or four sons who are likely to box, and I have three or four sons who are all set to box. It’s just like a continuous flow.”
The former heavyweight champion noted that their time in Thailand has been anything but a vacation as he strategizes his return to the top of the heavyweight ranks.
“I can’t say it’s been fun since we’re training twice daily, six days a week,” Fury commented.
“Nonetheless, I’m finding it enjoyable. You need to step away from something to appreciate how much you enjoy it, and I’m truly enjoying my time back in the limelight.”
