Devin Haney, of Las Vegas, is a former undisputed lightweight champion, who relinquished his titles to go up in weight. In his debut at junior welterweight, Haney defeated Regis Prograis to become the WBC champion. Haney lost a decision to Ryan Garcia in April, but the result was changed to a no contest after Garcia tested positive for the banned substance ostarine and subsequently suspended for 1 year by the New York State Athletic Commission. Haney has other notable victories over Vasiliy Lomachenko, George Kambosos Jr. (twice) and Jorge Linares.
