Tim Tszyu will look to snap a two-fight skid and get his once-promising boxing career back on track when he fights American Joey Spencer in Newcastle, Australia, on Sunday afternoon [AEST].
The Australian hasn’t tasted success since he defended his WBO junior middleweight crown against Brian Mendoza in October 2023.
Tszyu has since lost to Sebastian Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev at junior middleweight, setting the stage for a must-win bout with Spencer in Newcastle, a city where the Australian holds a 2-0 record.
